@fvdw

You forgot to declare the disk...
You must set the volume but also the relevant disk (see my previous post)

@Draftmancorp
So repeat the command cp... with the new data base

---edit---
Fvdw did the same change....

Yep it works, only it need to use the disk name as put in the database.
Now some work for us to do to modify the firmware to avoid problems. Need to discuss a few items with Jocko

:scratch so,.....if I understand, If i want to put an HDD in the future, after avery adjustments that you have to try....the Disks must be partitioned with specific partition before I can mount it in the Nas?...but the HDD that is already written?? :scratch

well we will define a nas database for 5 disks, to use them of course they must be formatted first as we did with disk 2. But thats a one time job. If you replace a disk by a new one then you will need to repeat but that feature we plan to build in the firmware (formatting a new disk).
We need to look what will happen if you have a databse in which 5 disks are defined and when in reality less then 5 disks are installed.

But if I remember well you want to set it up with 5 disks ? correct ?

ps one more questions is there fan in this nas ? and if yes is it running ?
