well it looks good, everything seems to be up and running.

One thing, I don't see disk sdb in the dmesg output. Do you have the the fvdw-sl disk in slot 1 and "Lacie" disk in slot 2 ?

...oooops....nope :shock: i have only the custom HDD in slot 1. The lacie disk is on my carpet.... :?

it seems the kernel modification worked. it uses now slot 1 as sda and slot 2 as sdb.

as we are not going to use this lacie software anymore we are going to try if we can get sdb visible in the webinterface. For this we need to reformat sdb.
