And think with 50€ you will have a NAS with good performance (but not excellent, there is better unprofessional NAS than 5big network)

I searched on the internet and the lower price found for a diskless is 290€ !

There's no way......he don't want nothing :( i was too hard with him because i thought that was a "scam".
and now that he pay me, he was hard with me.....but we have no finish our job....the nas is'n rise yet :(.....oh man....i hate him.

he know that the nas is unusable like the moment that he sell to me! great beggar!if I had not known you, and saw that there were opportunities for rise the nas, I had complained him :pissed .
but my MISTAKE is that i have let the time go too long. and now he have pay me and send to me more mails that he claims the Nas....

Don't worrie about it just ignore him.

and this nas is not dead it will work. Think he has read what we have done...
You will get a fantastic nas for a very low price.

PS If you can not live with it say to him to you sent it to me for repair and that he should contact me ...I will say he can get it back if he pays for the hours we have put in to get it working.

How long ago did you demand your money back? If he didn't answer to that in a reasonable time, I imagine you can now ask him to pay you for the hours you spend on getting it running. That will be several hours, at 50€/hour, enough to buy a brand new diskless.

2 week, but then the money arrive, so he have no fault......:(...and i can't tell him about money for the hours we work because he don't Know that you have rise the Nas with success :( he know yet the Lacie is unsuable.
