7 MB :disapprove strange engineers at lacie HQ.
Ps I got them so far to publish a more recent version of u-boot, check out their gpl web site.

Why three ip's
two are fixed (192.168.1.252 and 192.168.0.252) and the third one is assigned by DHCP sever in the LAN.
The fixed ones are to be able to get automatic loading of kernel or connection of telnet client , you need to know the ip address.
(Most people use 192.168.1.x or 192.168.0.x in their LAN's). Otherwise it becomes complicated to find the NAS.

No windows machine..

some more delay, appeared that the tftp server I used on windows only could sent files not receive.
For making backup of partitions before writing our firware we need to have to be able to sent files to the windows PC. I found a good alternative with nice options. Will be handy in future
Sorry to keep you waiting

It is not ready yet, I am working on the script to automatic format the disk and write the kernel, firmware and so on.
Last roadblock is the tftp server, the one I used appeared to be able to only sent files, the next one could only handle files upto 32 MB, I found now one that has all we need.
But i will sent you package for testing
