First time install

First, nice work with this firmware.
For the first time install you need to take apart your NAS (I have 1T classic model with 1.0.2 official firmware), but with what version of this firmware you need to start ?
Directly with last version 13.0 or with 10.1 (fvdw-sl-10-1-nwsp2-HDD-install-package.zip) ?
How friendly is this firmware with macosx (mountain lion) ? afp exist in new firmware or is only smb ?

You need to use the first time install package for nwsp2 and then upgrade to version 13-0

I don't know how friendly it is with macosx as I don't have a mac. afp is not fully implemented in the firmware, but there is smb, ftp, nfs, webdav..
