First installation package for ver.13-0?

Version 11 is the latest that has a first installation package.

Given this, I have two questions:

1. Will there be any difference if after installing version 11 I will upgrade to version 13 without going through version 12-1?

2. It is possible for you to make a first installation package directly to version 13-0?

To you questions, you can use version 11-0 to upgrade to 13-0 on nwsp2 (it also indicated in the firmware download topic). There will be no difference compared with upgrading using 12-1. But it is always good to use the latest version.

Of course we can make a first time install package with 13-0, but it does not add much as upgrading to latest version using the web interface is easy. Easier then using a new first time install package.
We always wait some time with first install packages to see if no big bugs are found in new releases.
But I will put the upgrade of the first time install packages on the to do list
