Can not access cloudbox fvdw location

Can not access cloudbox fvdw location

Postby tinamar » Mon Dec 01, 2025 2:31 pm

I can access my public dir's on the Cloudbox but can not access fvdw or any other dir to copy and run the patch file. Tried all the passwords I had written down but no luck. Is there a other way to acces my Cloudbox or do I have to format and restart from scratch?
Thanks

Hi

I assume you created some user accounts previously. So that seems the firmware failed to create the linux user account on nas booting (at least on the last start)

Please to reboot the nas to check if you still have the same behaviour

After Reboot no change, I did find that it is possible to access all directories on a Android tablet without entering any password :thinking

On Windows PC I can access only public dir.
In browser I get only following page but I can not do anything

Hi

Ok it seems some post upgrade jobs failed. You get this firmware web interface if you used previously a custom admin login instead of 'admin-nas' (which would have to be restored :whistle )

So can you post these output after opening a shell window
Code: Select all
cat /boot.log
cat /postupgrade.log
