Lacie 5big Network vs2 not showing

Hi everyone
I have a question regarding the Lacie 5Big Network v2.
I have replaced the 5 HDD Seagate Barracuda 3.7 722.
The interface admin is not loading, also the Lacie network assistant is not detecting the 5big,

Everything looks good, starting up ok, but Lacie is not showing.

I am on Mac Os 11 and OS 10.13

I would appreciate some help, anyone?
