Is there any loggin issue in v18.3?

Hi there!

I'm triying to connect my firmware to my user account, but Ì'm having the error :"Fail: Bad plugout account (could not login)". I Have check that there is a patch for the v18-2 version, but nothing for the v18-3,a and the v18-2 does not install in the v18-3, so i dont know if I'm skipping something. I also have checked the DNS because I found in the forum that some people had problems whit that before, but nothing...

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I have done a nslookup of the forum from the nas ssh web console and it looks like reaching the address.
