So I could update to 18.2 online
BUT after the update I cannot login to my NAS

So I had to install firmware from the beginning
So after a new installation it is version 18.1 which should be present on the nas.

Then can you confirm me in what state is your nas currently

Ok after your last post editing, you have now version 18.2 and it seems upgrading to version 18.2 was succeeded.

Now what do you mean by "I cannot login to my NAS" ? :
- You failed to connect to the administration console (credentials:'admin-nas'/admin) . In this case, can you report if at least you get the login window
- in file explorer, you can't also connect to \\10.0.0.13\public

Mention that new login password is 4-letters, if it matters

So it may be the issue if you changed the login 'admin-nas'
if you try to log in to the administration console with these credentials : admin-nas and your password, what does it happen ?

So open a ssh session (root/giveit2me) and post the outputs:
Code: Select all
cat /boot.log
cat /postupgrade.log
ps axf
