Thank you, Fuddyduddy.
Yes it was what I expected.
So on sda2 you have the version 16.1 patched with the required patch
- Code: Select all
[2019-03-23 16:46:40] unzip|unzip fvdw-sl 16.1 nwsp2 /fvdw-sl-16.1-upgrade-patch-21dec2018.zip(fvdw-sl-16.1-upgrade-patch-21dec2018.tar) OK
then we can try to upgrade the firmware from this partition.
So do
- Code: Select all
mv /lacie-boot/sda1boot /lacie-boot/sda2boot
Check if you have only the file sda2boot in /lacie-boot
- Code: Select all
ls /lacie-boot
if yes you can reboot the nas.
Close your browser and open it again, you have to clean its browser cache.
Then load the firmware web-interface, and you should have now version 16.1 patched.
So you have to follow again all steps from step4 (do a manual install) as described in
https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3059Note:
There is something I do not understand according with your previous posts...Never you should have the version 16.1 patched on sda2 :scratch
Indeed from version 16.1 on sda2, the firmware writes version 17.0 on sda1 and then when you made your last attempts, the firmware should write version 18.2 on sda1 (or version 17.0 like it claimed). So in all case version 16.1 should be overwritten...
