Hi

At what time did you made your attempt. I found nothing in our web server log on yesterday and today to download the latest twonky package :scratch

if you have installed the latest rollup patch (patch09) with fvdw-sl 17.0 :
- code '-99' means the firmware failed to get an answer from plugout (Internet issue)
- code '-98' means credentials do not have been yet set to connect to plugout site

Hi

We will try to download manually the package to see where is the issue. So do in a shell windows (use Putty to get a ssh access):
Code: Select all
plugout download 3680
plugout download 3679

And post also the output
Code: Select all
ls -l /tmp

Hi,

I'll leave it as impossible.

I thought the problem might be that I did not have the date and time set correctly. But after adjusting well, I still can not download it.

I have done what you tell me but the problem persists. I have attachment two screens for if this was helpfull.
I think it necessary to have high knowage in programming and I haven´t it. :elec)

HI

You misunderstood me
So when I wrote
So do in a shell windows (use Putty to get a ssh access)
it means :
- first get a ssh access by using Putty => put as host name : your nas name or its ip and the default port of ssh server : 22
- So after logging (login: root and password: giveit2me), run the following command:
Code: Select all
plugout download 3680
plugout download 3679

Hi

Thank you for the feedback. I think the message is clear. You did not yet set your credentials and then the firmware can not use them to download the file

First did you install the last.rollup patch for version 17.0 ? You must do it to be able to download the package.

After you need to set your credentials: go to main setup menu and then the tab "firmware interface"
