i cannot acces my drive

i don't know what happend but i cannot acces my drive like it was before. i was using samba and twonky media server but now they don't work . what i can do to repair it. i can acces it via putty and also the webinterface. the SMART info looks like this:

Indeed your disk health is not very good :

Usually the value of attributes is 100 or 200 so you have at least some bad blocks

Currently I think the firmware failed to mount the data volume because its fs is corrupted (surely by bad blocks)
