So on the raid status side, all should be ok now.

for expr issue we can try to upgrade again the fs to use another physical partition.
So on the firmware upgrade menu, upgrade again the firmware
Then see if you have leds_bootup zombie process after rebooting

If you mean by "was a clean install" it was a first install (so by using fvdw-sl console) then the issue was on sda7
So you can not check directly the fs on sda7.

But as sda7 is no longer really used (now just for the boot sequence) after upgrading one time we can keep sda7 in its current state.
