Hi Basajaun

It is an amazing issue as the patch has been installed with successful by other users

So at least the nas boot and it is detected by fvdw-sl assistant. Then it seems the web server failed to start.

To investigate the issue, please to post after opening a shell window:
Code: Select all
ps ax
cat /boot.log

Webserver is started according boot.log

Check if it is really running
Code: Select all
ps -ef | grep httpd

If it is running then something has happened with the folder containing containing webpages (/usr/htdocs) or you have modified manually the apache conf file??

What was the ouput of the command I posted?

Hi Basajaun,

For your understanding, these errors explain why disk init task failed (disks regularly link up/down)

What is your disks in last four slots (sd[bcde])? are they different of sda disk ?
