[Enhancement] BRTFS RAID5 or OpenZFS Storage Pools?

Alright! So, BRTFS is actually much more supported and ZFS is even a lot more set. Any chance we could see ZFS in fvdw in the future? Also, I installed 17 over top of my 16.1 and it was perfect, then I converted my Raid5 to ext4 and that also was perfect! Excellent job everyone. The next thing I have to try is getting a 5th disk and expanding the raid.

If it is not yet done, I advice strongly to install the last rollup patch for version 17.0 before growing the raid.

Thanks for the notice, I probably won't add the 5th disk for a bit. I'll get some more information about both file systems and post it here.

Ok! BRTFS has a lot of good things going for it:
1. Copy on Write!
2. Very Small Overhead, which would help us the most.
3. ZFS requires 1GB of RAM per TB of storage, so probably not a good idea.

the 4.6.6. kernel used in fvdw-sl 17-0 has support for btfrs. To use it you will need to load the btfrs kernel module. If you use 17-0 this module is included in the firmware
