LaCie CloudBox 3TB not recovering

My NAS wasn't visible so I started recovering procedure following LaCie instructions. The HD boot blinking blue, the LNA doesn't detect the drive, but the recovery process does and after 15 to 20 minutes I'm getting a "recovery error" message. "Unable to locate and recover the LaCie network device. Please contact LaCie Technical Support." And that is. I don't care at this point to recover the data, I just want to recover the hard drive. If not the one that came originally is there a way to install one of my additional hard drives, or format this one in Linux and reinstall it in the white box?
