Lacie CloudBOX 2Tb (white)No root device, can't create share

Postby alverman » Tue Jul 19, 2016 2:32 pm

Goodmorning everyone,
before installing fvdw-sl I wanted to understand if it was possible to download the data.
In fact the dashboard tells me: No root device, can not create share

Can anything be done?
Thanks for the help, Alberto

I'm trying to install your firmware but without results.
I see nas on the net but with no folder.
The nas has address 10.0.0.242
The pc has address 10.0.0.10
Launch fvdw-sl 6 and whatever I choose it opens:
tftpd
clunc-open (inside waiting for u-boot ever)
After I turn on the nas but nothing happens
I Disable win firewall and open every progam as amministrator.

where I'm wrong

Do not use a wireless connection between pc and the lan. If you have more then 1 ethernet adapter ib your pc disable all of them except one an then try again.

Ps what do you mean with the remark that you can see the nas on the lan (net)?
