Lacie 5big v2 does not work!! please jtag?

Hi guys I do not understand why my 5big v2 no longer going to start ...

the only thing that appears when I turn on the device is power on the LAN 1 (LED) ....

anyone know how to take it back? you know where the pitch for the JTAG?

Think you need to check the power supply, if I remember well the 5big2 has a 12 and 5 volt lead. I will look if I can find some info. Also on the serial connector I think it is the 7 pins on the lefthand side of the pictire

It was the first thing I checked it I bought a second power supply outout 12v 12.5A. but all'acenzione only flashes the led lan

I see, not good I guess. What happens if you disconnect power press front button once after that keep pressed an connect power while keeping the button pressed an release it when it turns blue or start flashing blue. Before doing this action take out all your disk as this procedure might erase all data

I removed all the discs, I press the front center button but nothing happens, there are only turned on the LAN LEDs

Also on the serial connector I think it is the 7 pins on the lefthand side of the pictire

8 pins on the left see Annex, this is the jtag ?? can you tell me the pin?

Yes this the serial port I guess, I don't know pin nr as I never used the serial console on a 5big2, I always use the fvdw-sl console to talk to uboot.
Anyhow on the lacie devuces typically pin 1 isTX , pin 2 RX, pin 7 GND and pin 8 3,3 V. Dependent on your cable you will need 3,3 V connection or not.
For most rx, tx and gnd is enough.
Now which pin is nr 1 ?
I don't know. But with a multimeter you should be able to indentify gnd.

Good morning, I tried to do tests on the pitch but with the JTAG (the one we used on 5 big v1) with the pins you told me but nothing to do .... I took the test and I enclose the values that have come out .....

I enclose in private all the motherboard pins tested with the tester

My guess the one on the top of this picture is pin 1 (TX).
If you do not get any data when powering up I think the cpu is not running. If I am right thats bad news as it means your motherboard has died.
But I might be wrong :dontknow I have no idea what you could try more

I have a friend who has a lacie 5 v 2 big as mine, I could make some tests to understand which values pulls out ....... on its motherboard......

here I am, as assumed by you the serial is that, I could use the motherboard of my friend and actually post it works ......

then there is something wrong on my .... before the malfunction there were electricity problems may have corrupted the boot loader flash ??
What can I try to understand where is the error ?? the cpu is hot when I use the device but only lan led light is on nothing more ... the dead serial not charge anything ...
burn marks do not see .....
