"no root device, cannot create share"

hi guys,

after a few resets my "White Lacie Cloudbox" doesn't let me in.

I try to Login via the Dashboard - as I create Username / Password, the error "no Access to root device, cannot create share"

does anybody know how to get accress to the Folders, especially the "Recovery" Folder?
Of course there are Photos on that drive, which weren't backuped...
