Can't delete files.

I have a folder of files giving me problems.
Permission error.
I have tried everything. FTP, Samba etc.
Same problem.
Cannot delete.

I have restarted everything, from services to the server to PCs.. :/

Windows says, i require permission from Unix User\root to make changes. How do i login as that?
Please help!
