new hdd how do i install a new firmware to my cloudbox

Please post your answers to the questions in the beginning. Also please post a picture of the output with the command fdisk -l after it fails. What size hard drive did you put in the cloudbox?

Can you describe all previous steps before formatting /dev/cigexwin5!

Be careful, in my opinion you don't format currently the cloudbox disk (/dev/cigexwin5)

I think he changed sda as disk to install the firmware to this cigexwin5, why ? :dontknow

i format the hdd in windows 8 then i put it on my lacie cloudbox,,, then i tried to install fvdw

I had the same problem. I couldn't install the firmware because of this. (I used a non partitioned hard disk)

I have a Lacie CloudBox (white chase) 1TB, I have to replace the hdd but now I have to install the firmware on it.

I have a problem and I hope some one bring me a hand. I live in cuba and we have some limitations over internet. I review this topic http://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2224 and all good until I went to donwload:
