of course not, you will need to put the normal fvdw-sl kernel on the usb stick. The standalone kernel is not suitable for running the firmware

I attached the fvdw-sl 15-1 kernel for you. Put it in the folder /boot on you usb stick rename it it to uImage (so replace the standalone kernel)

if correct the firmware must be running now, so try to find the nas on your LAN, it should have an ip assigned by your dhcp server (router)

Looks like I found the problem ...
After booting the new kernel - not working LAN adapter.
Without booting a new "uImage", LAN is Ok.

what do you mean with "no lan" and please specify which kernel fails
it could be that we still need to set some boot arguments
