Look ok and normal. Than I afraid I don't know what the cause could be of the too low read speed. With these settings I and many others achieve much higher speeds on a gigabit network. As it is only read that seems to be affected you would think on anetwork issue. But you also tried direct connection. Did you also try another cable? Gigabit uses 2 tx lines afaik if one of them doesn't work you drop back to a 10 mbits speed which is what seems to happen on your cloudbox

There are many more commands in ethtool to investigate the network traffic. Use the help option to list them all

Is possible to try to "factory reset" with this firmware without lose my share data?
Thanks

Our firmware has a reset possibility. If you install the firmware again you get a clean system while your settings and shared folders are preserved. One setting will be reset with a new firmware install, that is the password for ssh access, that will be set to the default value (giveit2me).

I've an incredible news for you.
From a private share it have slow performance... in a public share (user dummy) have 48 mb/s.
So i don't know what is the problem.
from ls -l the permission are the same and same user/group.
