yopu have again an error when extracting the tar archive, you should have made the reboot...
please read post and output more carefully

I did every single step.... :dontknow ...the reboot is done...what i have to do? repeat the process?

yes connect to the nas with putty and do

rm -f /lacie-boot/sda1boot

reboot the nas

connect with putty and post output of

cat boot.log

In the meantime I will prepare a disk image and we will write using dd command...to /dev/sda1

Here i'am, .....the dd command don't erase my Public folder wit all my backup right?? :(

unpack the rar archive on your windows pc, you will get a file with name "fvdw-sl-14-1-5big2-17may2013.img"
Put this file in the shared folder public on the nas
Connect with putty and give command

dd if=/share/1000/public/fvdw-sl-14-1-5big2-17may2013.img of=/dev/sda1

be 100% sure that in this command behind "of=" you have entered/dev/sda1
let it finished and post output
please do not reboot yet
