@fvdw

He used an hacked Lacie firmware, as Lacie never allows it.

Be careful, like cp, he will get the same issue with big files (>2GB) by using the applet mv

This link provide info on how to enable ssh access

http://lacie.nas-central.org/wiki/Categ ... your_Lacie

Reading that there are several methods. Reading them changing the mentioned files should also be possible via the standalone kernel. You will probably find them on sdx8 raid array.

Ps: What are the full path's to the recovery folder and the folder containg the shares. I am on a mobile phone on this moment so difficult to check

@Glaven Clattuck
You will get issue with mv command only if you use fvdw-sl console (it is why I did not give information to use it for restoring)

To get a ssh access, you need to create a custom capsule as described on the url posted by fvdw and then that means you need to do an update with it

So that we can give you the right mv command, post these outputs
ls -al /shares
ls -al /shares/Share/recovery

The volumes now are on /Share/Recovery/xxxx and i want to move it on the same place where is /Share. On the file browser are the root path, on the linux side i don't know.

Please to post the asked outputs only when you will get a ssh access.
/Share is a fake absolute path and it must be /shares/Share

and I assume you already created the shares as the output ls -l /shares won't give the wanted output
