fimware 15.3 has twonky 7.0.9 but it's already in 7.2.8 (http://www.twonkyforum.com/downloads/)
But, i think it's a trial licence with for a project like yours doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
So why not ditch twonky since you have many others free opensource media servers .

the current version included is 7.2.5.2 ;)

no we wont ditch it as I think many are using it, I can put in a more recent version (license free)
