hello,
I just change my NAS firmware from the original Lacie to the fvdw-9.0
everything works ! :)

however:
why the switch power off is not working properly:
the services of NAS (web, smb, ftp, ...) stop but the NAS does not shutdown (power off). the blue led blinking continually and the hard drive not shutdown.
how to fix this?

yep thats still a bug to fix, the operation of the the power switch on the nwsp1,
However you can use the server shutdown button in the web interface of the fvdw-sl firmware (system, reset menu) that will shut it down properly.

It is still possible to use the button to turn off the NAS NWSP vs1 following this sequence (initially, the switch is to 1):
- Turn the switch on position 0,
- When the LED flashes (1 or 2 seconds), put the switch back to position 1
- Finally, turn the switch in position 0 within 10 seconds.

Like this, it is possible to simulate a push button and start the shutdown script.
