can't connect to 8020 after update

i changed my firmware from original first to fvdw-sl-10-1-phn-19nov2011-51lower.bin and then to xfvdw-sl-14-0-phn-23dec2012.bin.
After that i can't connect to the HDD with my browser using admin-nas / admin. what's wrong??
