Hello,

I'm trying to install the firwmare on my Lacie Wireless Space 2, I followed the instructions in this topic https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2313&p=20693#p20693 as the firmware files are not available I used the latest one. Installation seems to go fine. Once all is done, I cannot access the web page and cannot ping the nas.

Can someone please help me?
Thanks a lot
Math

Yes, I used UIMAGE-3142-KIRKWOOD-171-standalone for the install, once it was done I have changed uboot with
Code: Select all
setenv LaBackdoor yes
setenv bootcmd 'disk 0x800000 0:6 ; setenv bootargs console=ttyS0,115200 root=/dev/sda7 ; bootm 0x800000;'
saveenv

After that it does not seem to work as I cannot access the admin page, it does not seems to have an IP address.

ok which firmware version did you install?

Do you have a dhcp server in your Lan? and what is the ip pool it uses?

In addition to the questions in previous post we can check if the wsp2 has successfully booted
To do that load the standalone kernel and and at the command prompt give these commands
Code: Select all
mkdir /sda7
mount /dev/sda7 /sda7
cd /sda7
cat boot.log

post the output of the cat command here
