About the webcam. I don't have that device so I can not test but I will test another one in the course of this week to see if it is related to the firmware

I have several cameras in use and most of them are lan based. So far I get motion to work with several threads (using 17.0 with latest patch set) but issue is that stream_motion.php shows only one image. What modifications are needed for several cameras?

Hi vesas,

You can find the expected information in this page: https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1897786

motion.conf file is stored in /direct-usb/motion-webcam/motion.conf

In your case you need to use as example thread3.conf file with a lan camera and thread1.conf with a usb camera.

:thumbup Maybe, you need to implement later this feature

Hi,

I have thread config done and all cameras saves pictures to disc. The issue is that I would like to see real time pictures from all cameras, currently /stream_motion.php shows only one. And it seems to be randomly selected.

You can not use the url /stream_motion.php as it relays the flux from port 8091. You need to use the urls http://nas-name:xxxx where xxxx is the ports set in your thread files (So for a remote access you need to set nat rules with these ports on your ISP box).

I spend some creative time with php modification, just copied html body script parts and modifying ports to correct ones (quick and dirty, needs more work to get image sizes from threadx.confs). Three webcam images on same page. Unfortunately I am playing with Lacie Network Space 2 lite, so memory and cpu are not enought for 2x 720p and one 1600x1200 streams..
