Hi musafirrlail,
I assume that you follows the usual advices : not use wireless connections, disable your firewall, ...
What version did you use with the console: 5.3, 5.4 or 5.5?

Hi musafirrlail,
You should use fvdw-sl version 5.5: it has a better network settings management.

I'm not successfull with the case install on a NWS2, too.
PC Firewall is off, IP of NAS is fixed (in router) on 198.168.178.45 and PC on 198.168.178.20
tftpd32 window opens.
clunc window opens.
clunc-open -i 192.168.178.45 (windows text)
provided by fvdw
waiting for u-boot..
nothing happens......
Also the portscanner does not find the NAS, but it's available. I can access the NAS.
Any advise ?
