Jocko,

i can connect with the NAS via Web. I've changed to static ip. Now i can configurate the NAS.

How could i configure RAID5 with all disks (5x2TB) ?

Firmware installed is fvdw-sl 17.0 (5big1), are there any update or patch ?

Thanks !

Best regards

Can you explain what you made, please ?
Initialize disks and create raid5 can be done directly from the web interface (disks setup menu)

Good morning Jocko,

sorry for delay. I've tried boot several times until NAS has taken an ip from my dhcp server.

The firmware has been installed on the left disk. Is it possible to create a RAID 5 with all disks ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Basajaun,

In my previous post, I already said:

About dhcp server, I understand better what happens with you LAN config.
It seems your dchp server takes a long time to assign an IP. So fvdw-sl assistant fails to detect the nas as a daemon aborts on the nas side in this case.
