unix user\rd permission

i'm getting said message whenever i try to move or rename a file created by transmission.
how do i make all files and directories created by transmission have read and write access from the only user i created?
said user has full access on all directories from what i see in the user management page.
i'm downloading to /share/1000/public and i still dont have write access to any file created by transmission.
how do i fix this for good?
thanks

Hi,

Nope, if you follow exactly all commands (like stop transmission before), your issue will be fixed
