Login problem

Hi.
Can't login at the firmware interface page of my Lacie Cloudbox, it says everytime "Fail: Bad plugout account (could not login)", therefore can't download any package (was trying to install plex). Can login here without problema with same account.

Did you enter your login credentials in the webintetface?
System management>setup>firmware interface

There is no Internet access on your NAS
According with our web server log, I detected no request from your nas since you downloaded the patch and when you posted your last message.
So check this point
Edit: in fact I detect no web request from your nas on today

Ok, there was a DNS error in the LAN Setup tab.
Now I can succesful login, thank you very much
