Is it webexplorer working for you guys?
My default installation with changed username explorer and pass explorer is not working, always asking for username/pass.

Yes it works
You make an error according with your capture. Here you changed the web-explorer admin account which allows only to modify some web-explorer settings and not to login. This account allows to grant permissions of the current user account used to login.

So you have to create first some user web-explorer accounts (use the tabs "Authentication web-explorer") as writing in its help page
