Acess to nas through windows 10 not working

I can access trough mac os and web, but not with windows 10. I have tryed to solve it with regedit changes but nothing worked.
It gives me a message who says i am not perrmitted, not having permissions to access the nas.

Hi Jocko,
we have been discussing this isssue some time ago with my 5big2. Allowing guest access indeed solved the problem with the new smb version on fvdw. One thing I never understood is that without the guest access option it is not just impossible to acess the share - the NAS just does not show up in windows explorer!
When I switchback to old smb in fvdw, everything shows up as expected even without activated guest acces.
Is that the expected behaviour?

Yes because on smbv1 this account is not deactivated.
