Full factor reset LaCie Cloudbox White casing

Hi is there a way to do a full factory reset on a LaCie Cloudbox? I’ve an old one here I’ve found. I’ve forgotten the password etc. I’ve retrieved the data but I’d like to set it up as new as a cheap backup. When I do the normal factory reset it just funnels all the data into a family file. Now I’ve got a very branchy family tree.

I tried to turn on plex media server to no avail, maybe after restoring the basic settings I will start from the beginning and it will work
