In principle yes, but kodi has many dependencies that need to be compiled and I don't know if cpu power and ram of the cloudbox are sufficient. I will have a closer look. We plan to release a version for x86, that would solve cpu and ram limits of the lacie devices

besides the huge amounts of dependencies to be compiled I found this about Kodi on the internet

It is clearly established that Kodi itself is a legal media player. Installing and using Kodi to watch copyrighted content through the authorized sources is legal. It is the free online streaming of the licensed content that often leads to difficult situations. As a user, you are unlikely to attract penalties or punishments for streaming the licensed content. However, those who distribute, sell or promote pirated content or the tools to offer access to such content are in clear violation of the laws and are subject to heavy penalties and jail-term. I do not condone copyright violation and encourage you to watch free content available only in the public domain. Though, I do recommend using a VPN service to mask your online activities from your Government or ISP.

Especially this part is for us a no go to offer Kodi as an addon to our firmware:
However, those who distribute, sell or promote pirated content or the tools to offer access to such content are in clear violation of the laws and are subject to heavy penalties and jail-term.

I am sorry but I trust you can understand our position
