partitions after installing firmware fvdw-sl

is it normal that after installing the Kirkwood firmware to the Cloudbox that I'm having 8 partions on the destination drive, as seen in the attachment?
Before I started, I removed all partitions (in Windows I had 1 unallocated space on the disk). The disk is 500 GB by the way.
