Version Plex Media Server

Hello!
I installed plexmediaserver in lacie-cloudbox 2tb. It works correctly but when I access the web (plex.tv) it tells me that the version of plexmediaserver is not updated.
Is it possible to update it?

Hi
Unfortunately, plex supports no longer the old arm CPU and the current package contains the last version released by plex media server for this CPU.

Can someone play videos from Plex? Since I installed plexmediaserver in the cloudbox it couldnt play, shows error in the playback.
I tried from different devices (smartphone, laptot, androidTV ...) and none plays. I also tried to modify the parameters in transcoding.

Hi,
Previously, I succeeded to play video with Plex but
only if no transcoding was required
Please to note DLNA support not many video formats (video
and audio
and container) and so in many case a transcoding is asked by the video player.
