System Management/Information not executing completely

When I first set up I was able to get the full suite of information. Now all I get is a blank box with the Current System Status hanging on 'execution command, please wait'. The same thing is happening when I select LAN Setup. Any ideas on what's happening?

what firmware version is used ? Did you install some patches?

The firmware is cloudbox fvdw-sl 16.1 which I believe is the latest. That was a fresh install and no patches have been applied.

Do you have the same behaviour if you use another browser (Maybe it is a browser cache issue).
You can try also to clean your cache.

You're right, it is a browser/cache issue. I was running into the issue with Safari on my Mac, but switching to Firefox gave me everything. Thanks for the tip!
