after a while ((several hours) the lacie cloudbox becomes unavailable and need to restart it via web browser, how can i avoid restarting the box ??
windows 10

So web interface is still working? If yes then also the samba server will be oprational. Did you try to enter in file explorer the ip address instead of nas name? If that works it is an issue with your windows 10 issue. The cloudbox goes to standby after a period of inactivity. It may take 10 to 20 seconds to wake it up
