New Lacie 4TB - A few questions from a newbie
First of all, thanks for your effort to max out all the possibilities of the Cloudbox !
I have a few questions to make since I don't have your firmware installed, is all original :
1 - I copied approximately 1,6TB of MP3 files I have well organized alphabetically... after 24hs aprox I could copy everything. Well my question is that I have installed in my Android Moto G an app called UPnPlay, first I was able to read the unit and the directories that were creating during the copy process, after the copy process was finished, the listing of the directories were not complete, so I triggered a re-index command from the Dashboard. It took almost 8 or 9 hours to complete, I'm now able to see all the content... is this normal that it takes too much time to reindex the files ? So... I have to reindex everything everytime I copy some new folders to the Cloudbox or is it an automatic process?
2 - What are the main advantages of the fvdw firmware if I only want to share my files over my local network ?
Thanks a lot !!
