I have lost the posibiliti of management with windows broser

Hi for all.
Another small problem...
After install in a new hdd the firmware and configure my cloudbox and trasnfer any media files...i have lost the webbroser interface with de cloudbox... I can to conect with it and the interface is show,but it does not show the data.
It is the second time that it happens... The first time i solved it by reformating and reinstalling.. But it is arrived again.
Anyone can helpme please
I must to say that the hdd works fine and i can to see my mediafiles whitout problem, but i have lost the posibiliti of manage the cloudbox.

Indeed, it seems that you have an issue with the web-interface.
What browser do you use ?

Hi Jocko,
i'm runnig with microsoft iexplorer, i think in version 10 (but i'm not sure about de version, i'm out of house), in windows 8.1 OS

With windows 8.1, ie version must be 11 but in both case the web-interface runs well. So need to deepen.
1/ check if you enabled javascript
- Code: Select all

2/check if there are some errors on the nas side :
- enable the debug mode: use this url
http://yournasname/.status/nas-status.php - refresh the web-interface
- export the log (
with full export option) and post the export file (password are erased)
3/ on the client side, you must use the web-development console. (see

but we look at this point later

With IE it should not have this cache issue if ferrevsei restarted the browser after upgrading.

So did you restart IE after upgrading?

Hi
yes i have restart the ie after reinstallin and As I said before, I have worked with the console for some time and allowed me to configure it. i have worked fine but After, she stopped working fine.
Any information for help to solved this proble: i have try with Firefox and the same result

What language did you set in the web-interface ?

I think i have set spanish (i'm spanish :-D )
ok i will try the 2sd point of your previous post (the scripting is ON, but without effect :scratch )
