Thanks, got it now! Mananged to save few files, but then got disconnected and got can´t see the drive anymore... :scratch

Hi

You got this behaviour because on some sectors, I / O disk access produced a fatal error and brought down the disk.
So with your original issue (LED blinking) and now this event, I think the disk heathy is not good and maybe has a prefail state

Thanks Jocko! i think the disk is pretty done need to get a new one.

one last thing... when starting vsftpd i get this after some time. Can´t really figure out it, i have ports open and no other connections running...

Hi

As the OS is running only on memory level, maybe when you do many file transfers, there is a memory usage issue.

So on filezilla side you should limits simultaneous transfer file number (I advice to use only 1 or 2 simultaneous transfers) and maybe the bandwidth usage
