With the fvdw-sl console you can do that, the fvdw-sl console runs on windows PC connected to your LAN as well as the cloudbox. The console detects the booting of the cloudbox and interupt it, then a special (standalone) kernel and mini linux system is uploaded by the console to the cloudbox and put in RAM memory. After that the cloudbox boots the kernel linux system from RAM memory and starts a telnet server that you can connect to. The console will start a telnet client to enable you to connect to the cloudbox. As said this special kernel runs in RAM so no need for a OS on the disk. Via the telnet server you can now install fvdw-sl firmware on the disk. (See help files in the fvdw-sl console). You can download the console in the firmware an download topic of this forum
