[Solved] Unable to activate Web Explorer

After successfully installing the Web Explorer, when I click the tick box to enable it after clicking Accept the page reloads but the tick is gon even if the Current System Status reports: Update of the status of web-explorer successful.

What's wrong? Tried to reboot the NAS a couple of times also.

By the way after installing the web explorer a new share fvdw appeared.

EDIT:
There exist an User Account created by me as required in the help doc for the web explorer.

Hi Maxiride,

Please to read the help page :

Enable Feature

You can not enable Web-Explorer if there is no user account available,


So set first an web-explorer account

Oh I misunderstood! I thought a User Account (in the main menu) was needed, not a dedicated web-explorer account.

What a silly mistake! Thanks.
