no root device cannot create share issue again !!

Did anyone get anywhere with the issue after factory reset where it comes up with 'no root device cannot create share'

mine just started doing this so cannot access the family>recovery folder

Is there a way round this or a fix?

I have seen several threads on this issue but no one seems to have found a way through it !

Any help would be greatly appreciated
