Does both 16.1 known bugs affect Lacie Cloudbox devices?
I did not get the boot email twice when it restarted after upgrade so is that a no?
Samba works fine for my windows, will test on my mac when i get home. I used remote desktop to test the windows lol.

Yes you must install the patch for firmware 16.1.
Note: the boot email twice bug is not a bug with 16.1 but it can appear according with the firmware version used to do the first install.
